What is "Mindfulness"?

The ChuckWalks’ interpretation of "mindfulness" is when we as human beings can find ourselves connected with Nature through finding that special spot: in a forest, a field, a park, under a special tree, or by a  stream or pond.

Focusing on the connection happening right at that moment. That moment just carrying into the next moment. Without a destination or specific purpose. 

Not in the past. Not in the future. Just being in the moment.

To disconnect, then connect. Learning. Sensing. Observing. Noticing. Being.
